DNA Testing

At the initial office visit Dr. Crespo may recommend you perform DNA Testing: $250.00 to determine your exact nutritional needs. Whether you are here for the Weight Loss Program, or the Wellness Program, he will tailor your nutritional supplement program according to your needs based on these results.
 
The “Program”
If you elect to become apart of our “Transitions Weight Loss Program” ($250.00/4weeks) you will be required to visit our office weekly for:

- Counseling Sessions with Dr. Crespo or Judy Dano, ARNP
- Transitions Personal Weight Loss Journal along with updates
- B12 injections (for those qualifying patients)
- Appetite Suppressants (for those qualifying patients)
- Monthly measurements
- Included in the cost of the “Transitions” program is a 12-week series of meetings*
- Educational lectures - Video presentations
- Time for Q & A with a Nutritional Counselor
- Free samples of our “Transitions” products. Taste it before you buy it!
   Meals, protein bars, shakes and much more.
